A greenfield Next.js app on Prisma and PostgreSQL covering the full lifecycle: registration, allocation with conflict detection, transfers, booking, and maintenance approval.

Role-based dashboards, calendar booking, maintenance workflows, audit cycles, and exportable reports, each scoped to Admin, Manager, Department Head, or Employee.
